3. Scope of person-related data processing

Person-related data comprises individual data concerning personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person.This includes information such as e.g. your name, address and phone number. Your person-related data is only processed when visiting our Website insofar as necessary to provide a working Website and our content and services.We only process your person-related data if such processing is permitted on a legal basis or you have agreed thereto.

4. Provision of the Website and creation of logfiles

When you visit our Website our server as standard saves the connection data of the requesting computer, the pages you visit, the date and duration of the visit,the identifying data of the browser and operating system used as well as the Website from which you access our Website on a temporary basis for the purpose of system security.

This data cannot be matched to a specific person or persons. This data is not merged with any other data sources. This data is deleted after statistical evaluation after 7 days at the latest; no evaluation for marketing purposes is performed.

These logfiles are processed to ensure faultless connection to our Website, to evaluate system security and stability, to ensure convenient use of our Website as well as for administrative purposes.

The data and logfiles are saved temporarily on the legal basis of Section 6 Subpara. 1 S. 1, f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest in processing the data results from the purposes of processing the data stated above.

5. Use of the contact form

We offer you the opportunity of contacting us via our Website using the contact form provided. As you can see in the form a valid e-mail address is required.We need this e-mail address to establish who has sent us the enquiry and in order to be able to process and reply to the enquiry.Any other information you provide in the contact form is on a voluntary basis as is your consent to receiving a free catalogue.

The legal basis for data processing within the scope of the contact form is Section 6 Subpara. 1 S. 1, a DSGVO according to which data processing is performed on the basis of the consent you have given voluntarily.

You person-related data is automatically deleted as soon as the enquiry you made via the contact form has been settled.

8. Rights of the data subject

In the case of processing of person-related data within the meaning of DSGVO, you have the following rights as a user:

a) Right to information

According to Article 15 DSGVO, you may demand a confirmation concerning whether and the extent to which your person-related data is processed by us. If this is the case, you may demand information on the purposes of processing; the category of the person-related data; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom we have disclosed or will disclose your data, the planned duration of storage or if concrete details are not possible, the criteria for specifying the duration of storage; the existence of a right to correction or deletion of person-related data referring to you or to restriction of processing by us or right of objection to processing; the existence of a right of complaint with a regulatory authority; all available information on the origin of your data insofar as it was not collected by us.

b) Right to correction

According to Article 16 DSGVO, you have the right to correction and/or completion insofar as the person-related data referring to you and processed by us is incorrect or incomplete. We are to perform any correction immediately.

c) Right to restriction of processing

Furthermore, according to Article 18 DSGVO, you have to right to demand restriction of the processing of your person-related data insofar as the correctness is disputed by youfor a duration that enables us to check the correctness of the person-related data, the processing is unlawful and you refuse deletion thereof and demand instead restriction of the use of theperson-related data or insofar as we no longer require the data, you however require it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged anobjection to processing in accordance with Article 21, Subpara. 1 DSGVO and it is not certain whether our legitimate interests override your reasons.

d) Right to deletion

According to Article 17 DSGVO, you have the right to demand immediate deletion of your person-related data stored with us unless processing is required to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest in the area of public health or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims Art. 17 DSGVO

e) Right to data portability

According to Article 20 DSGVO, you have the right receive the person-related data you made available to us in a structured, customary and machine-readable format.

f) Right to revoke the consent declared under data protection law

According to Article 7 Subpara. 3 DSGVO, you have the right at any time to revoke the consent declared under data protection law. This does not affect the legality of the processing based on such consent up to the time of revocation of consent.

g) Right to complain to a supervisory authority

According to Article 77 DSGVO, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, regardless of any other administrative law or court remedy. Generally you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

9. Right of objection

According to Article 21 DSGVO, you have the right to lodge an objection to the processing of your person-related data if there are reasons for this resulting from your particular situation, if the processing is performed based on Article 6 Subpara 1, e or f DSGVO. If your person-related data is processed for direct marketing, you have the right to lodge an objection at any time and this is implemented by us without stating a particular situation.

10. Data security

Our Website uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure. The image of the closed key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser and when https:// appears in the address line of your browser show whether transfer is encrypted. Apart from that, we make use of suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data. Our security measures are continuously improved aligned to technological development.

11. Amendment of our Privacy Regulationsn

We reserve the right to amend our security and data protection measures insofar as this is necessary due to technical developments or legislative changes.
